The Real Techniques Stippling brush is a dual-fibre brush with synthetic taklon bristles. The bristles are about an inch long, so great for precise application of highly pigmented colour!
A stippling brush, is made for stippling. It is perfect for applying product evenly on the cheeks and not just concentrated on one area which makes it harder to blend. You can apply product onto the tip of the white bristles, which are sparse and separated allowing you to stipple (dab) product evenly onto to the skin. Some use this brush for liquid foundation, but I don't wear that so I use it for blush both cream and powder. It is especially great for highly pigmented blush. The best way to use this brush is to stipple first, repeatedly on the area you want to cover, then swirl gently to blend.
This creates an airbrushed effect!
PS. This brush becomes more comfortable and soft with age! You will also never really get the white bristles back! A selection of Real Technique brushes are available in Boots.
The stippling brush costs £11.99.
