Lime Crime Opaque Lipstick - Centrifuchsia

Centrifuchsia Lime Crime Opaque Lipstick is described as a bright fuchsia.
It's really pigmented, but I did have too apply quite a bit for an even and opaque finish.
The texture is good, comfortable to wear and they have a vanilla scent, I don't mind that.

I like the uniqueness of the packaging but the bullet is a bit bulky. It is 6th anniversary packaging, only available for a limited time.

Fuchsia is one of my favourite lipstick shades.

I found that it wore better with a lip pencil.
Worn here with Illamasqua Titivate, a warm bright pink medium lip pencil - now discontinued.

The downside is that this shade stained my lips and took a few layers of makeup remover to remove.

Sugarpill Chromalust Loose Eyeshadow - Olivia

In my IMATS London 2014 haul I managed to get my hands on Olivia, a new, but limited edition Chromalust loose eyeshadow shade launched at the show and available in limited quantities (now sold out) online.

The Sugarpill range includes colour intense pressed eye shadows and loose powders that are vegan and cruelty free designed by Amy, known as Shrinkle (below, right), Sugarpill's founder.

Olivia is a golden olive green.

I own more Sugarpill loose powders and I absolutely love the sparkling, metallic pigment and soft texture.

A little goes a long way and for best results and last, I always use them, as with all my eye shadows, with an eye primer base.

Sugarpill products can be ordered from the US but you will have to pay a custom charge.

I have previously ordered mine from Cocktail Cosmetics and they can also be purchased from Love Make Up.

Lime Crime Velvetine Liquid Lipstick Salem - Swatches & Review

If you love highly pigmented, long-lasting, matte lips, then try Velvetine from Lime Crime.

Velvetine has a waterproof, liquid velvet texture.
They go on like a lipgloss when applied and dry to a matte finish.

They are described as touch-proof and transfer-proof.
The formula is vegan (does not contain ingredients derived from, or tested on animals).

Salem is my 3rd Velvetine. I also have Red Velvet (the original shade) and Suedeberry.
It is such a unique shade, described as a matte chocolate brown.

Wet...

Drying down...

Dry

They are highly pigmented and true to colour.

I find doe-foot applicators can be less precise and carry too much product, but as Velvetines are highly pigmented and you don't need too much - it allows for full and even application with minimal strokes.

I found it lasted well for about 8 hours. They don't budge easily.
The formula doesn't feel too uncomfortable to wear during the first few hours but it does feel like your lips become dryer over time.
They start to fade on the inside of the lips first.

Wicked, Salem, Black Velvet

Salem is part of the newest collection of 3 Velvetine liquid lipsticks from the Clueless Witch Collection inspired by the films Coven, Clueless and The Craft.
Wicked (matte burgundy red) and Black Velvet (deep matte black).
