This August, OPI will be launching their first ever mini fluorescent neon collection of 6 shades:
'Outrageous Neons'.
The collection contains:
- White Base Coat (prep the nails with a neon white base for best results)
- Ridiculously Yellow
- Formidably Orange
- Riotously Pink
- Seriously Purple
- OPI Top Coat (the colours dry matte, but for a bright and glossy finish, a clear coat is recommended)
I'm looking forward to seeing the vibrant and bright finish of these shades on the nails!
